Kathmandu, Oct 29: Bangladeshi cricketer Parvez Hossain Emon has been signed by Janakpur Bolts for the third edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL). Janakpur Bolts announced late Wednesday night on social media, welcoming Emon to the team and confirming his signing.
The 24-year-old left-handed batter Emon was part of the Bangladesh team when they won the U-19 World Cup in 2020. He scored a century off just 42 balls in the 2020-21 Bangabandhu T20 Cup.
In 2025, Emon also scored a century in a T20 international against the United Arab Emirates (UAE). So far, he has played 40 T20 internationals and four One Day Internationals. 
Emon has played in the Pakistan Premier League. The NPL will be his second foreign league.
