PM Shah worships at Muktinath Mandir in Mustang
Mustang, Aug. 22: Prime Minister Balendra Shah paid homage to the revered Hindu shrine, Muktinath Mandir, in Mustang district on Saturday evening.
The Mustang District Police Office confirmed the PM's visit to the temple. Santosh Basyal, the Information Officer of Mustang Police, said that the PM returned Jomsom after worshipping at the temple.
PM Shah, who started his journey from Kathmandu on Friday on a family visit, arrived in Jomsom of Mustang district at 3:00 pm today by travelling along the Pokhara-Beni-Jomsom road section.
Tonight, the PM has resided in a hotel at Gharapjhong-3 in the district.
Likewise, Manager of Muktinath Development Committee Dinesh Bhusal said the PM worshipped at the temple for about 30 minutes after entering the temple at 7:30 pm.
PM Shah also received Teeka and Prasada from the priest of the temple, Krishna Prasad Subedi.
